Hatti of India provides B2B sourcing, production management, quality control, and export logistics services from India. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

We act as your sourcing and export infrastructure partner. Our services include supplier matching, sample coordination, production oversight, quality inspection, compliance documentation, and freight coordination. Specific terms for each order are agreed in writing before production begins.

3. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations are valid for the period specified in the proposal. Prices are quoted in the currency and Incoterm (FOB, CIF, or DDP) stated. Final pricing is confirmed upon order placement and is not subject to hidden surcharges.

4. Quality & Inspection

All orders undergo our standard 3-stage quality control process: pre-production, in-line, and pre-shipment inspection. QC reports with photographs are provided before container loading. Custom inspection requirements can be agreed per order.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Hatti of India and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we take every reasonable measure to ensure accuracy of information on this website, we do not warrant that it is error-free. Hatti of India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Liability for services rendered is governed by the specific terms of each order agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
